Miami, Florida, May 10, 2022 — DigitalEra, a premier IT security solution provider of network and cybersecurity products and services, today announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Ana Curreya, Director of Field & Channel Marketing, to its Women of the Channel list for 2022 for the second consecutive year. This esteemed list honors the incredible accomplishments of female leaders in the IT channel. Those named on this annual list come from all corners of the IT channel — including vendors, distributors, and solution providers whose vision, expertise, and contributions make an impact on the industry every day.
By bringing innovative concepts, strategic business planning and comprehensive channel initiatives to life, these extraordinary women support partners and customers with exceptional leadership. CRN celebrates these women, who are so deserving of recognition, for their constant dedication to channel excellence.
Ana Curreya, who’s been in the channel for over 15 years, has been with DigitalEra for 4 years and oversees field and channel marketing across all the company’s business units. Ana’s leadership has been instrumental in implementing the shift in DigitalEra’s channel marketing strategy these past 2 years to adjust to the rapidly emerging challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to executing demand generation events through the channel, she recently led a cybersecurity scholarship program designed to support students registered full-time majoring in areas of cybersecurity. Working directly with DigitalEra’s channel partners, she executed events to raise funds for this scholarship, resulting in an endowment. The scholarship was awarded to a student and will now be offered in perpetuity. The company’s goal is to launch 2 additional scholarships, and one will be exclusively for women entering the cybersecurity workforce.
“DigitalEra is very proud to have Ana Curreya recognized once again in the CRN Women of the Channel list for her unrelenting commitment to our channel success,” said Patrick Dyer, CEO & President at DigitalEra Group. “We’re on a longstanding mission to drive gender equality in the workplace, and with 50% of our workforce now represented by women, we’re looking forward to empowering them and unlocking their potential. It’s extremely satisfying to see how through Ana’s leadership and accomplishments, she continues to inspire many other women who are true leaders in the making.”
“We are proud to once again recognize the remarkable leaders on this year’s Women of the Channel list. Their influence, confidence, and diligence continue to accelerate channel success significantly,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “Their accomplishments will inspire others, and we look forward to witnessing their future contributions to the channel.”
CRN’s 2022 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine and online at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
